Accessibility
ShopJeeter wants everyone who is 21 or older to be able to browse and order with ease. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, check contrast and page structure in every build, and keep improving. This page explains what we do and how to report a problem.
- Updated October 23, 2026
What do we do to make the shop accessible?
- Every page works with a keyboard, with a clear yellow focus outline showing where you are.
- Text and controls meet WCAG contrast ratios, and automated tests check our colours every time the site is built.
- Pages use proper headings, landmarks and labels, so screen readers can navigate them.
- Product images have text descriptions.
- Buttons and links are at least 44 pixels tall, so they're easy to tap.
- Animations are turned off if you've asked your device to reduce motion.
- Forms explain errors in words, next to the field that needs fixing.
- Pages are checked on phone and desktop widths so nothing needs sideways scrolling.
Are there any known limitations?
Some product images and descriptions come from the brand, and a few may not describe every detail. Product packaging photos can contain small text that isn't repeated on the page. If anything gets in your way, please tell us and we'll help you directly.
How do I report a problem?
Use the contact form and choose “Accessibility”. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do and any assistive technology you use. We'll reply by email, and if you're trying to place an order, we'll help you complete it.
How do we test?
We run automated checks (colour contrast, page structure and labels) as part of every build, try new pages with a keyboard, and review new features against WCAG 2.2 AA before they go live. This statement was last reviewed on the date shown above.
