No. You can check out as a guest. If you'd like, tick “Create an account” on the review step to save your details, keep your cart across devices and see your past orders on the account page.

You'll see an order page with your order number as soon as it's placed, and we email a confirmation with a private link to that page. If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or contact us.

Your order is received straight away. We then contact you to confirm it and arrange payment. You can always see its latest status on your order page.

Yes, if we haven't processed it yet. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and tell us what you'd like to change.

We only take orders where adult-use cannabis is legal and where the products are sold. Checkout lists the states we currently accept, and each product only shows in the states it's available in.

Yes. Everyone must be 21 or older to use the site and to order. You'll confirm your age when you first visit and again at checkout with your date of birth.

The law requires us to sell only to adults 21 and over. Your date of birth is checked at checkout, and orders from anyone under 21 are blocked.

Yes. A valid government-issued photo ID showing you're 21 or older is required when you receive your order, and the name should match the order.

At checkout you choose one of the payment methods we accept, such as pay later. No card details are taken online. Each method explains how to pay, and the same instructions appear on your order page and in your confirmation email. We confirm your order once payment arrives.

Many products come in more than one size, such as a 1g, an XL 2g or a five-pack. Listings show the lowest price; choose a size on the product page to see its exact price.

Prices shown don't include taxes. Applicable cannabis taxes are confirmed with you before you pay.

A Baby Jeeter pack has five 0.5g infused pre-rolls (2.5g in total). A Jeeter XL is one 2g infused pre-roll. See Baby Jeeter vs Jeeter XL.

Infused pre-rolls have concentrate, such as oil, resin, rosin, diamonds or kief, added to the flower. They're stronger than plain pre-rolls, so start slowly.

Cannabis products are lab tested batch by batch. Check the packaging of your product for its batch details and lab results (COA). If you can't find them, contact us with the product name.

Yes. As a guest, your cart is saved in your browser for 30 days. If you're signed in, it's saved to your account, so it follows you across devices.
