Who can use ShopJeeter?

You must be 21 or older to use this site and to order. By using it, you confirm that you are. We may ask you to prove your age at any time, and a valid government-issued photo ID is required when you receive an order.

You may only order where adult-use cannabis is legal and only for your own personal use. Reselling products bought from ShopJeeter is not allowed.

How do orders work?

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We confirm it with you before it's fulfilled. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if we can't verify your age or identity, if a product is no longer available, if a price was shown in error, or if the order breaks the law or these terms. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you.

Purchase limits set by law in your state apply to every order.

How do prices and payment work?

Prices are shown in US dollars and don't include taxes; applicable taxes are confirmed with you before you pay. At checkout you choose one of the payment methods we accept, each with its own instructions; no card details are taken online, and we confirm your order once payment arrives.

We work hard to keep prices and product details accurate. If we find a mistake on an order you've placed, we'll contact you before going ahead.

What about product information?

Product descriptions, moods and effects are general information. Cannabis affects everyone differently, and products vary from batch to batch. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Check your product's packaging and lab results, start with a small amount and never drive or operate machinery after using cannabis.

What are my responsibilities?

• Give accurate information, including your name, date of birth, contact details and address.
• Keep your account password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
• Keep cannabis away from children and pets, and use it only where it's legal.
• Don't misuse the site, for example by trying to break its security or sending spam through the contact form.

Who owns the content and brands?

Jeeter, Jeeter Juice, Baby Jeeter and related product names, logos and images are trademarks of their owner and are used to describe the products we sell. Other content on this site belongs to ShopJeeter. You may not copy it for commercial use without permission.

What are the limits of our responsibility?

We provide the site as it is and can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Can these terms change?

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders are governed by the terms in place when you placed them. Questions? Contact us.
