Pre-rolls

How to choose a Jeeter pre-roll

To choose a Jeeter pre-roll, decide three things: how big a session you want (from a half gram to 2g), how strong you'd like it (infused, live resin or Quad-Infused), and which strain type and mood suit the moment. This guide compares every style side by side.

What kinds of Jeeter pre-rolls are there?

Jeeter makes several pre-roll styles. Here's the lineup in plain terms:

  • Infused 1g: the original Jeeter, a single one-gram infused pre-roll.
  • Jeeter XL: a single two-gram infused pre-roll, built for long sessions and sharing.
  • Baby Jeeter: five half-gram infused pre-rolls in one pack, 2.5g in total.
  • Cannon Live Resin: flower infused with live resin, with a wide crutch for smooth airflow. Comes as a 1.35g single or a three-pack of half grams.
  • Cannon Live Rosin: the solventless Cannon, infused with live rosin.
  • Quad-Infused: layered with diamonds, rosin and kief for Jeeter's strongest pre-roll.

What does infused mean?

A regular pre-roll is simply ground flower in a paper. An infused pre-roll has concentrate added, such as oil, resin, rosin, diamonds or kief. That makes it stronger and often more flavourful than plain flower.

The type of concentrate also changes the experience. Live resin and live rosin are made from fresh-frozen plants, which helps keep the strain's natural flavour. Rosin is pressed with heat and pressure rather than solvents, which some people prefer.

How strong do I want it to be?

All Jeeter pre-rolls are infused, so even the mildest option is stronger than a plain joint. As a rough ladder from gentler to stronger:

  • A Baby Jeeter or other half-gram pre-roll: the smallest amount in one go.
  • The original Infused 1g.
  • Cannons, with live resin or live rosin.
  • Quad-Infused, which layers several concentrates.

If you're new to infused pre-rolls, start at the bottom of that list. You can always step up next time.

How big a session do I want?

Size is the easiest choice to get right. A half gram suits a short session for one person. A gram is a classic single session, or a short one shared between two. Two grams, the XL, is for long sessions and groups.

If you're torn between a five-pack and a single large pre-roll, our Baby Jeeter vs Jeeter XL guide compares them in detail.

Am I smoking alone or sharing?

Smoking alone, smaller is usually better: you'll finish it fresh rather than relighting a stale half joint the next day. Multi-packs like Baby Jeeter or the Cannon three-pack are ideal.

Sharing with a group, a larger single pre-roll like the XL passes around nicely. For groups where people want different amounts, a multi-pack lets everyone take their own.

Which strain type and mood should I pick?

Every Jeeter comes in many strains, each labelled indica, sativa or hybrid with a set of moods. A simple rule of thumb: indicas for relaxing evenings, sativas for active days, hybrids for something in between. Our indica vs sativa vs hybrid guide explains what the labels can and can't tell you.

On the pre-rolls page you can filter by strain type, mood, size and price at the same time.

How do I smoke an infused pre-roll?

Infused pre-rolls burn a little differently from plain joints because of the concentrate inside.

  • Light the tip evenly, rotating it as you go, before taking your first draw.
  • Take slow, gentle puffs. Pulling hard makes it burn hot and fast.
  • If one side burns faster (called canoeing), let it settle or touch up the slow side with your lighter.
  • Infused pre-rolls can go out between puffs; that's normal, just relight.
  • Take a few puffs, then wait 10 to 15 minutes before having more.

How should I store pre-rolls?

Keep them in their original tube or packaging, somewhere cool, dark and dry. Heat and sunlight dry them out and dull the flavour. Keep them away from children and pets.

What's a good first pick?

  • New to infused pre-rolls: a Baby Jeeter pack in a strain whose moods match your plans.
  • Want the classic: an Infused 1g.
  • Smoking with friends: a Jeeter XL.
  • Flavour first: a Cannon Live Resin or Live Rosin.
  • Experienced and want the strongest: Quad-Infused.
