What Should You Expect When You Order on ShopJeeter?
Ordering on ShopJeeter takes a few steps: confirm you're 21 or older, add products to your cart until you reach the minimum order, then check out as a guest or with an account. You'll confirm your date of birth, enter your address and review the order. A valid government ID is checked when you receive it.

Why do I have to confirm my age?
Cannabis is for adults 21 and over, so the site asks you to confirm your age before you browse, and checkout asks for your date of birth and an explicit confirmation that you're 21 or older. Orders from anyone under 21 are refused. A valid government-issued ID is also checked when you receive your order. Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Your cart subtotal, before tax and fees, needs to reach the minimum order shown in your cart. If it's below, the cart tells you exactly how much more to add, and checkout opens once you reach it. It's an easy way to try a few strains at once: mix a pre-roll pack with a cart, or pick a kit.
What are the checkout steps?
- Contact details: your email and phone number.
- Age: your date of birth and a 21+ confirmation.
- Address: where the order is going; products are only offered in states where they're available.
- Review: check the items, sizes and totals.
- Place order: you'll see the payment option on the review step.
You can check out as a guest, or tick a box to create an account so your cart and orders are saved.
How do prices and taxes work?
Every size has its own price, shown on the product page and in your cart. Prices are always calculated on our side, not in your browser, so what you see at checkout is what's charged for the products. Taxes depend on where you are and are confirmed before payment, as the cart explains.
What happens after you order?
You'll get a confirmation email with your order number and a private link to your order page, where you can check its status. If you created an account, your orders also appear under your account. If anything needs fixing, contact us with your order number.
When you receive your order, have a valid government-issued ID ready; it must show you're 21 or older.
Which states can you order to?
Cannabis can only be sold to adults in states where adult-use cannabis is legal, and it can't cross state lines. Each product lists the states it's available in, and checkout only offers states where everything in your cart is available. If a product isn't available in your state, it can't be ordered there. How do you keep your order secure?
Your order page is private: it's visible from the browser you ordered on, through the link in your confirmation email, or from your account if you created one. Don't share that link publicly. If you made an account, choose a strong password you don't use anywhere else. We'll never ask for your password by email or message.
